Cost:
  • $95 per person
  • If you cannot attend the entire conference, the cost is $30 per workshop and $20 for lunch.
Cancellation:
  • Cancellations before April 15 will be refunded less $25 per person.
  • No refunds after April 15
  • Make additional copies of the form as needed.
