  • II. Funding, Materials, Equipment & Personnel Needs

  • Note: All ministries, except for Early Childhood, Children, and Seasoned Treasures, are expected to fully fund their ministries with no financial assistance from the church.

  • Before a formal invitation is sent, all speakers must be approved by the Executive Pastor. To avoid delay in moving forward with your event, be prepared to submit two speaker recommendations. A bio for each speaker must be attached to this form for review.
  • V. Transportation Request

  • Requests must be submitted seven days prior to each trip. Requests are then forwarded to the Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will notify you if request was approved or denied. If approved, the Facilities Manager will assign driver(s).
