The Men’s Ministry (Men of Valor) empowers men to be all that God has called them to be and equips them through sound doctrine and Biblical principles to lead a Christ-centered life. The goal is for them to use their spiritual gifts to better serve the Lord, their family, our church and our communities. The ministry’s mission is to influence and reverse the callous church culture of men through life-on-life ministry leading men in pledging their Allegiance to Christ, Honor of His Word and Service to His Kingdom.

COMBAT READY CANCER MINISTRY:
The Combat Ready Cancer Ministry provides an open space for conversations, information, support, prayer and growth for those currently battling cancer, cancer survivors, and their caregivers. The ministry meets on the first Monday of every month.

The Hospitality Ministry offers a friendly and courteous welcome to visitors and members as they enter our doors for our weekly and special services. They answer questions about Fallbrook activities and classes, direct visitors and new members to their desired areas, and maintain general lost and found items. They provide a safe, courteous, comfortable and friendly environment for worship.
Volunteers must have a servant’s attitude, possess timeliness to perform duties, attend a training, maintain flexibility, participate in the ministry’s programs, attend general meetings, serve twice a month, perform as a team player, and pursue spiritual growth through Bible Studies and classes.

The Parking Lot Ministry provides parking instructions to members and visitors and provides constant, on-site parking surveillance to ensure safety while on the property.
Volunteers must desire to serve, be committed, be available to work regular services and special events, make quick decisions in order to keep traffic flowing, withstand all weather conditions, and observe parking lots and surroundings to insure safety.

The Seasoned Treasures Ministry provides a circle of friends and fellowship for ages 55+; addressing the social, spiritual, educational and emotional needs of this very special and highly valued segment of our church family.

The Transportation Ministry safely transports passengers to and from the remote parking lots during Sunday services and special events, and provides a pick-up service, on an as-needed basis, for worshipers with no means of transportation for 8 a.m. service only.
Drivers are expected to drive one shift twice per month, love people and desire to provide a comfortable and safe rider environment, have flexibility in scheduling, pass a Background Check, and be at least 21 years of age with valid license (CDL required for large bus).

The Young Adult Ministry supports college students and young adults, ages 18-35, as they transition to adulthood by equipping them with sound Biblical principles and doctrine, so they may further develop their relationship with Jesus Christ and others. The ministry offers opportunities for Spiritual Growth, Professional Development, Community Service and Social Networking.

The Marriage Ministry enhances marriages and helps couples find the tools that are needed to maintain a Christian marriage. The Ministry focuses on building marriages to be role models, child rearing, active outreach to the community, prayer and counseling to address personal struggles, opportunities to participate in outstanding fellowships, relevant topic seminars and social activities, and the opportunity to meet new people and experience a strong sense of family unity. The couples meet every Sunday at 9:40 a.m. in the Community Center, as well as Mondays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. for HomeBuilders Bible Study.

Marriage Blessing Ministry
The Marriage Blessing Ministry hosts Marriage Blessing Ceremonies once every quarter during 11:00 service, which is a time for married couples to rededicate their marriage to God in the presence of the congregation and their family and friends and enjoy a reception after service.
